📜 Service Agreement

By booking RALO Bear, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✅ Scope of Service

  • RALO Bear’s appearance includes walk-around interaction, hugs, dancing, and photo opportunities.

  • Storytelling, games, or giveaways are not included unless arranged in writing prior to the event.

  • Appearances are designed for children ages 3–12 and focus on emotional well-being, positivity, and resilience.

💳 Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Your event date and time are not secured until payment is received.

📅 Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund or free reschedule.

  • 2–6 days before event: 50% refund, no reschedule option.

  • Less than 48 hours before event: No refund.

🛡️ Safety Requirements

  • Client agrees to provide adult supervision, a safe and controlled environment, and a temperature-controlled space for RALO Bear’s appearance.

  • Short breaks may be required for hydration or cooling.

  • A private changing space must be available for the mascot before and after the event.

📸 Media Permission

  • By booking this service, you grant RALO Bear LLC permission to use photos and videos taken during the event on social media, the company website, and other marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:
